I have an unpublished science fiction book? How do I get the word out about it?

Cheatsy Koopa asked:

I am trying to publish my first science fiction novel. I know all the procedures for publishing a book, but so far it is very frustrating. I keep getting rejected. I know this is a normal part of book publishing, but I want to know if there is a website where I can post part of my book online so other people can read it and give me feedback about it. Perhaps if I make my book known, it will have a better chance of getting published. Any suggestions?

How do you get a science fiction book published?

MissCurious2021 asked:

My boyfriend has already written a science fiction book and is attempting to publish it. I’ve seen some places that state a literary agent is necessary on many occasions or the publisher won’t even look at it. Is this true? If not how do you know which publisher to go to? Any recommendations or advice for a young first time science fiction writer?

I am a suspense and thrilling fiction writer. How can I get my books published?

emmanuel o asked:

I have written seven books on fiction already. They are “Caught in the web of Reality” “Sitting on top of the Deep” “Strange Reflection” “The Evil Saints” “White Shadow” “Buried before Birth” and “Help, one day is missing”, all with average of 180 pages. They are thrilling, thought-provoking, mind-buggling and full of suspense. All have ancient and modern African setting. I have no money to publish them and I am looking for a good publisher. I am convinced it will be a good investment for him. Thank you.

Does Anyone Know Where I can Publish a Book?

Ember Rose asked:

I just finished writing a book a little over a year ago, but am green in the publishing world. I’ve looked into some publishers, but they just didn’t seem reputable.
Does anyone know of any reputable book publishers?
It’s Suspense/Mystery and fiction, if that helps anybody.
Thanks.

How realistic is it to publish a fiction book?

jdshelton3 asked:

I am currently writing a fiction book. A couple of people have read what I’ve done so far and think it is very interesting. They are encouraging me to finish it and look into getting it published. What are the odds of that really happening, though? I’ve already written approx 200 pages and would like to finish it. However, I don’t want to spend a lot of time and energy completing the story if the possibility of ever getting it published doesn’t exist. I understand that rejection letters are part of the process. Still, there are so many dos and don’ts related to this topic, that I’m just not sure where to go or how to start, which makes it all quite discouraging. I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars either, the idea is to try to make some money. Thank you for any help
