Does anyone remember a book from the 80s published by Apple Fiction?

It was about a group of girls (I think they were in fourth grade). One of them was over weight and her mom was really mean about it. The other girls helped her out. Thats about all I remember about it, but I remember loving it as a kid and reading it more than once!! I would love to find it for my daughter!

    Hi! I believe the name of the book you are looking for is “Nothing’s Fair In Fifth Grade” by Barthe DeClements. I read and enjoyed this book, too and even had a signed edition. I wonder where it is now? Anyway, not positive on this, but I think there was a follow up book, also. Hope this helps! :)
